All Papier Plan products will work on most PDF annotation devices/apps that support the use of a stylus (to write with).
Examples of other note-taking applications include GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, ZoomNotes, Flexcil, CollaNote, Xodo, reMarkable, and reMarkable 2. Just make sure you have enabled the 'Reading Mode' to activate the hyperlinks.
